These tickets are sold on a first-come first-served basis at the ticket office on the day of performance one hour prior to performance time.
- We also offer full time students—identification required—a 50% discount on ticket purchases (balcony and side orchestra seating locations only), excluding Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday matinees.

- 6. Where and when can I pick up my tickets?
- Tickets can be picked up at the Ticket Services Office anytime after the order is placed. Early pick-up is recommended to avoid the lineup closer to curtain time.
- 7. What is the policy on exchanging tickets?
- Tickets can only be exchanged for a different performance of the same play. Ticket exchanges may be made up to one hour prior to the original performance time. Tickets need to be returned to the Box It tickets cannot be returned in person, they may be faxed or mailed back to the Box Office, or an exchange may be made by filling out the online exchange form.
There is a $10 exchange fee per exchange for single ticket/non-subscribers. The fee is $20 if the exchange is made less than 24 hours in advance of the original performance. This fee does not apply to subscribers. However, single ticket buyers and subscribers will be charged a non-refundable upgrade if moving to a higher priced performance or upgrading to higher priced seats.
In addition, you have the option of releasing your tickets if you are unsure as to what alternate performance you would like to attend. Or you may donate your tickets to the Playhouse and receive a tax-deduction. For details, contact Ticket Services or explore these options online.

- Parties of 10 or more people qualify for group rates. Some restrictions may apply. Group and educational tickets may be arranged by calling (949) 497-2787, ext. 229 or by e-mailing our Groups Sales Manager, groups@lagunaplayhouse.com.

- 11. Why, after I’d asked for the best available seats, do I sometimes see empty seats in front of me?
- Subscribers have until the day of a performance to exchange out of their seats and come another day. That leaves us very little time to sell their returned tickets so occasionally you will see empty seats in front of you. However, be assured that we will always sell you the best seats available at the time of purchase.
